Where are elves for the Slayer task? ›

Elves are mainly found in Tirannwn and some in the Mourner Headquarters in West Ardougne until the events of Song of the Elves. They are initially found at the Iorwerth Camp in Isafdar, with more locations becoming available if the player starts the Mourning's End Part I and again if they complete Song of the Elves.

of the Elves is a title which is earned by completing the quest, Plague's End.

To enter Prifddinas(Elf City), there is only the quest requirement of finishing Plague's End. Plague's End does have requirements in order to start it. Once you have finished Plague's End you will have access to Prifddinas! Just head to the gates in Tirannwn, and enjoy the beautiful city.
